Cotton is sourced in ready-dyed, preshrunk rolls which are then stripped by hand and are ready to weave.  It is a cotton and polyester blend. We are able to source closest available colours to client’s requirements, but do not dye the cotton ourselves (unless requested to do so). Cotton rugs are versatile being suitable for bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms. They are woven in a flat pile using striped, plain or ribbed/diamond style designs. They can also be woven with a thick tuft for special orders. These carpets are absorbent, machine washable, hard working, and last well.

Raffia is stripped and knotted to create a smooth, evenly textured weft. Our raffia comes from a sustainable source in Madagascar.

Warps: Ecru, black, brown, chalk, white.
Maximum width: Flat pile: 4.30m Ribbed: Up to 1.80m then woven in panels and joined.  Joins are handsewn and visible although subtle.
Finishing: Fringed, hemmed or whip stitched (additional cost).
Tufted: No maximum.
